Terms & Conditions
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted on the website and on quotations include VAT. This is charged at the rate applicable on the invoices.
Greenway Direct reserves the right to change prices quoted within the catalogue and website without notice.
Quotations will be valid for 30 days and all items are offered subject to availability on receipt of order.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery, which may be charged for as an addition to the purchase price.
If there is a cause for delay of delivery we will notify you within 7 days.
No responsibility or claims for consequential loss will be accepted for :
· incorrect fitting or use of items
· late deliveries contracted to an independent carrier.
For new wholesale customers placing a first order, payment will be required prior to dispatch of goods or upon collection. Normal credit terms will apply thereafter, subject to receipt of satisfactory references.
Payment is due 28 days from the date of invoice for wholesale customers with a credit facility.
Greenway Direct reserves the right to charge interest at 10% p.c.m on accounts not settled within the 28 day credit period .
Greenway Direct reserves the right to uplift goods if payment is not received after 21 days notice has been given.
The placing of an order will be held as acceptance of the conditions stated above.
Returns
Orders should be carefully examined on receipt. Any complaints should be notified immediately and confirmed in writing within seven days from receipt of goods.
Our aim is to deliver your order to you in perfect condition. Occasionally things go wrong and there is either damage to the goods caused by the carrier, or a component may be faulty or missing. Thankfully these are rare occurrences, but if anything does go wrong, it is our aim to rectify the situation as soon as practically possible, with the minimum of hassle on your part. Obviously, in this case any replacement parts will be sent out at no cost to you.Outlined below is our returns policy if the goods arrive with you in good condition, but you simply change your mind about the product.
We understand that sometimes when you order online, the products are not quite what you expected. As we wish all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we allow you to return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please let us know in writing. We will then refund in full any money paid to us.
If you wish to cancel your order after you have received the product, please let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt.
If the goods are unopened then we will refund you the cost of the items less the outward carriage cost.
If the goods have been opened they must be in a saleable condition.
As well as the above deductions we will also charge a re-packing fee (This can vary depending how much re-packing is required).
Any goods or components which in the opinion of the company are received back in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.
None of the above Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed to be waived or modified unless expressly agreed by us in writing, and maybe varied from time to time.
